Premium Service Plan
This all-inclusive plan is designed to maximize the potential of your instrument. This comprehensive plan covers all travel, labor, and repair parts. Plan owners receive priority response, 10% off all consumable items for covered instruments, and one preventive maintenance visit per year performed by Micromeritics certified engineers.
Premium Plus+ Service Plan
This plan is identical to the Premium Service Plan but is available only for new instruments at the time of purchase, or prior to the end of the warranty period. With a built-in discount, users can renew annually at a modest subscription fee for uninterrupted coverage.
Repair Protection Plan
With complete repair coverage, this plan protects from unexpected expenses related to breakdowns. Plan owners are also entitled to priority response, and savings through a consumables discount.
Academic Assistance Plan
This collaborative service plan extends our partnership with academic customers with protection from unplanned downtime and repair expenses. Our experts will remotely support with troubleshooting and repair instruction, with travel onsite if deemed necessary. This efficient plan will ensure the success of students with instrument uptime.
